Payment of the reservation:
To confirm your reservation you will need a valid credit card number and expiry date. The credit card serves to guarantee your reservation, making a charge of the 100% of the booking value one month before arrival, when you make a reservation online, in concept of cancellation cost and payment of your booking. Other methods of payment are possible, and are to be specified in all cases before the reservation is processed.
We guard of the privacy of your personal data that will only be used for the purpose for which it has been facilitated.
Security in your transaction:
Any charge made to your credit card through our online booking procedures, it will be made according to the most advanced security protocols.
Confirmation by e-mail:
You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your reservation.
For check-in, please inform us of your expected arrival time at least one day in advance, by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone.
As a general rule, cancellation is free if carried out one month before the check-in date. Out of this period, the cancellation cost will be 100% of the value of the reservation. Any modification or cancellation made within one month before the day of arrival or a no-show, will incur a cost of the total amount of the reservation. These expenses will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee of the reservation. In the event of special rates and offers subject to prepayment policies, or non-refundable rates that do not accept cancellations, these will be expressly indicated before processing a reservation.
A security deposit of 100 Eur will be requested at the time of check-in at the apartment, which will be returned at check-out when this is done in person, or in a period of 24-48 hours after departure if the deposit has been made with a credit card, provided no damage has been caused. Data of a valid credit card can be accepted as guarantee, proceeding to charge the deposit to the same card should there be any incident.
