Payment of the reservation:
To confirm your reservation it´s necessary a valid credit card number with expiry date, or an advanced payment of the 5% of the reservation value when you make a reservation online which can be refunded in case of cancellation within 24 hours after the reservation made. The credit card serves to guarantee your reservation, making a charge of the 100% of the booking value one month (30 days) before arrival, in concept of payment of your booking or cancellation cost, in its case. For online bookings the payment of the remaining amount (95%) has to be realized also online, 30 days before arrival, we will provide a link by e-mail to be able to complete your payment. Other methods of payment are possible, and are to be specified in all cases before the reservation is processed.

Any charge made to your credit card through our online booking procedures, it will be made according to the most advanced security protocols.
Confirmation by e-mail:
You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your reservation.
For check-in, please inform us of your expected arrival time at least one day in advance, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone.
As a general rule, the cancellation is free if carried out one month (30 days) before the check-in date. Out of this period, the cancellation cost will be 100% of the value of the reservation. Any modification or cancellation made within one month before the day of arrival or a no-show, will incur a cost of the total amount of the reservation. These expenses will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee of the reservation. In the event of special rates, offers and the online bookings subject to prepayment policies, or non-refundable rates that do not accept cancellations, these will be expressly indicated before processing a reservation.
A security deposit of 100 Eur will be requested at the time of check-in at the apartment, which will be returned at check-out when this is done in person, or in a period of 24-48 hours after departure if the deposit has been made with a credit card, provided no damage has been caused. Data of a valid credit card can be accepted as guarantee, proceeding to charge the deposit to the same card should there be any incident.
