VALENCIA IN MODE ON!

The infinite achievable activities indicate that Valencia is back in Mode On! Valencians love parties and events, so much so that the city hosts events of all kinds (What to do..) throughout the year. From the most traditional festives such as Christmas, Carnival, the Fallas, the Maritime Holy Week, Corpus Christi or the festivities of San Vicente Ferrer, San Vicente Martir, San Antonio Abad, or la Mare de Deu, La Cruz de Mayo, the Feria de July or the Valencian Community Day. Up to large international sporting events such as the Moto GP or the Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Marathon, the Boat Show.. Or urban festivals, such as Cabañal Intim, La Cabina or Valéncia Intramurs, among others, without mentioning the congresses and fairs.

Valencia is the Spanish city with the most musical societies. So it is not surprising the number of cultural centers and rooms where you can enjoy live music, from the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, the Palau de la Música, or Berklee College, referents for classical music, to festivals and intimate live music venues, whether it’s rock, jazz, flamenco, electronic or indie.

Valencia is also nature, it boasts about 5 km of beautiful and comfortable urban beaches. Furthermore it is surrounded by the Mediterranean Orchard — recognized by the UN as world agricultural heritage — which is a singularity highly appreciated for its cultural, gastronomic and landscape value, which includes as the jewel in the crown, the Albufera Natural Park.

The Covid-19 pandemic has slowed down a little but has not stopped the effervescent local life, generating reflection and awareness. To incorporate among the most relevant objectives for the future of the city the 17 ones of Sustainable Development, marked by the Agenda 2030 for the Climate Emergency, wanting to be an international reference to turn Valencia into a Sustainable Destination.

In Barracart Apartments we provide the cultural calendar to our guests, as well as any assistance that would be required so that our visitors could fully enjoy this great city.
